Are there benefits for those who work more?
Yes. The more services you do on MimoSpot, the higher your status (Bronze, Silver and Gold): you pay less commission and get a badge on your profile. The amounts are shown once you create your account.
What documents do I need to send?
ID document, proof of professional activity, proof of tax address and criminal record certificate. You send everything in the last step of sign-up.
How long does approval take?
Every sign-up is reviewed by a person on the team. We email you as soon as your profile is approved or if a document is missing.
How and when do I get paid?
The payment conditions are available in your pro area once you create your account.
Do I have to accept every request?
No. You only accept the ones that interest you. You have 5 minutes to reply; if you don’t, the request goes to another professional.
Who sets the prices?
You do. For each job you set the final price and how long it takes (from 30 minutes to 8 hours) and, if you like, an urgency fee. The customer sees everything before booking.
How do I choose when I work?
You mark your weekly availability in 30-minute slots. You only get requests at those times, and we keep 30 minutes between bookings for travel.
Can I change my details after approval?
You can change services, prices and availability whenever you like. To change your profile, work area or documents, send a request to the team from your pro area.
